AHC21216 Certificate II in Rural Operations
This qualification provides an occupational outcome for industries and agencies in rural and regional Australia.
Depending on the units selected individuals can be employed not only in rural industries but also other rural and regional sectors, such as local government, tourism, hospitality, transport, construction, community services, information technology and metals.
Industry expects individuals with this qualification to carry out routine tasks under general supervision and exercise limited autonomy with some accountability for their own work.
The core set of skills in this program include workplace health and safety, environment awareness and working effectively within the rural industry. You’ll be guided by our highly industry experienced trainer who maintains strong industry connections.
This program can be undertaken through the following payment arrangements:
* Fee for service
* VET in Schools (VETiS) – Queensland Government funded
Please note, eligibility criteria applies for Queensland Government funded programs.
VETiS eligible students do not incur fees as they participate in training whilst still in secondary school. Please refer to the flyer below for further information.
